Saturday’s snow changing travel statuses

TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) – Drifting snow is causing problems on the roads in the viewing area.

As of 11:55 a.m., Clinton County is under a travel warning. That means all travel is restricted except for emergency runs.

According to the Indiana Department of Homeland Security’s website Carroll and White counties are under travel watches. That means only necessary trips are encouraged, like medical emergencies or going to and from work.

Tippecanoe, Benton, Montgomery, Cass and Fountain counties are under travel advisories. That means some routes of travel may be restricted because of weather conditions.
