Investigators said Reginald Greene, 35, was arrested on preliminary charges of criminal recklessness, dealing marijuana, and possession of marijuana over 30 grams.

Around 2:30 Wednesday afternoon, police were called to Parkway Apartments on Happy Hollow Road.  Greene told officers he was robbed in his apartment at gunpoint by several men, but none of them fired any shots.

Police said after the robbery, Greene went into the parking lot and fired two rounds at a vehicle he believed belonged to the men who robbed him.  They reportedly got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Later, officers arrested Greene after executing a search warrant at his apartment, where they found a large amount of marijuana.
