Shooting in Franklin leaves three dead

FRANKLIN, Ind. (WISH) – Franklin Police are investigating a shooting that left three people dead and others injured late Monday night.

The shooting happened around 10:30 p.m. at a home on Bridlewood Drive.

Investigators say a man, identified as 21-year-old Andrew Parish, came to the home armed with a handgun, a domestic argument broke out and four people were shot.

A 19-year-old woman, identified as Sara Davidson, was shot and killed. Three people were taken to Indianapolis hospitals for treatment.

At a Tuesday afternoon press conference, authorities announced a male patient who had been taken to the hospital after the shooting had died. Police have identified him as 46-year-old Ernest Jasper, a neighbor.

After the shooting on Bridlewood Drive Monday night, police put out a description of the suspected shooter’s vehicle. Sheriffs deputies found the car in the 2500 block of E. 400 North and were approaching the vehicle when Parish took his own life.
