Teaming up for investment fund supporting life sciences

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) – The Purdue Research Foundation and Cook Medical are starting an investment fund to support Purdue-based companies focused on life sciences.

The $12 million Foundry Investment Fund will join with other investors to fund companies based on Purdue technology or expertise in human health, animal health and plant sciences.

Matching investors could include venture capitalists, corporations or angel investors.
