Small plane makes emergency landing

HOWARD COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – Indiana State Police say a small plane had to make a controlled landing on Wednesday afternoon.

According to dispatchers, the plane landed near U.S. 31 and Touby Pike in Howard County. The controlled landing was prompted by equipment failure.

No injuries were reported.

Indiana State Police and Howard County authorities responded to the scene.
