Pregnant woman sent to hospital after robbery

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) – A pregnant woman was taken to the hospital early Thursday morning after an armed robbery in Lafayette.

The Lafayette Police Department was called to the 2500 block of Eckman Drive just after 2:30 a.m. Police said three men and one woman forced their way into the apartment, but police wouldn’t say what they stole.

The pregnant woman was alone in the home and was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
