INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A canopy that covers the parking garage atrium at the Indianapolis International Airport partially collapsed on Tuesday morning, airport officials confirm.

Officials say there was little or no damage to vehicles and no injuries were reported. The collapse happened on the canopy that covers the parking garage atrium.

A similar incident happened at the airport in Feb. 2011. Heavy snow on a canopy of the parking garage caused it to collapse. No one was injured, but falling ice damaged eight rental cars. At that time, airport officials were looking to install a heating system in the atrium.
