FULTON COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) – A Rochester man is behind bars after officers said he drove his ATV drunk.

It happened around 5 p.m. Saturday on Olson Road, just north of Rochester.

Indiana DNR officers said 55-year-old Charles Harding of Rochester lost control of his ATV causing the ATV to flip over. Harding was not wearing a helmet and suffered a cut to the head. He refused treatment at the scene.

Harding was arrested after officers said he blew a point-one-five on a certified breath test machine.

Harding was booked into the Fulton County Jail on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
