INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – An Indianapolis day care operator accused of drugging children is scheduled to make her first appearance in court on Monday.

Stephanie Gribble was arrested on Valentine’s Day, and now faces neglect charges. In court documents, investigators say four children left in Gribble’s care ended up in the hospital with swollen tongues and unable to control their movement.  The report says some of the children were unconscious.

On Sunday, 24-Hour News 8 found five other police reports filed after Gribble was arrested. The reports were from parents who all said they children had medical problems after being in Gribble’s care. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
