Meth lab discovered in Idaville, one arrested

IDAVILLE, Ind. (WLFI) –  Officers are investigating a methamphetamine lab in Idaville.

White County Sheriff Pat Shafer said 57-year-old Dwight Lewark has been arrested on preliminary charges of dealing methamphetamine.

Shafer said a deputy and a Monticello police officer got a tip of possible drug activity at a home on U.S. 24 in Idaville. Sheriff Shafer said when officers arrived they found things commonly used to make meth.
