CARROLL CO., Ind. (WLFI) – Sheriff’s deputies responded to two semis that collided in Carroll County on Tuesday.

Carroll County Sheriff’s Detective Kevin Hammond said a little after 3 p.m., two semitrailers were heading north on State Road 29, one mile south of Burlington.

Hammond said one semi began to turn right onto County Road 600 South. The second semi did not realize the first semi was turning. The driver tried to pass on the shoulder and clipped the front of the first semi. The second semi ended up in a ditch next to the shoulder.

No injuries were reported. The damage to both tractor-trailers was minor.

Hammonds said no citations were issued in the incident.
