CARROLL COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) – Carroll County voters will have the opportunity to vote this year at any of the six voting centers across the county.
County Clerk Andrea Miller said the voting centers will be in Burlington, Camden, Flora, Yeoman and two in Delphi. Miller said voting will be more convenient because residents can go to any location to cast their ballot.
“A couple of years ago we had to consolidate a lot of polling locations due to the Help America Vote Act and the America Disabilities Act. A lot of people were not real pleased with having to go a certain distance to a specific polling location, and with vote centers this allows them the flexibility to go to which ever location is more convenient for them,” Miller said.
Election day is May 6. Some locations will open April 26 for early voting in Carroll County.
