WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) – A Kokomo resident on spring break is facing charges in Panama City.

Police said Tate Andrews, 20, tossed a cooler full of ice over a 12th floor balcony of a Panama City Beach condominium. The ice and water landed inches away from Bay County Sheriff’s Deputy Chris Faircloth on Wednesday.

The News Herald of Panama City says Faircloth saw Andrews doubled over in laughter at the balcony and then went to the room where he found Andrews in the bathroom “attempting to elude arrest.”

Andrews faces third-degree felony charges for throwing a deadly missile.
