NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — An initial hearing for Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay has been postponed, officials with the Hamilton County prosecutor’s office said.

Irsay had initially been scheduled for a hearing on Wednesday after his arrest on preliminary operating while intoxicated and drug possession charges. Officials said no future court date has been set.

Irsay, who checked into a treatment facility last week, has not yet been charged.
