CASS CO., Ind. (WLFI) – A Logansport man suffered a broken collar bone after being ejected from an off-road vehicle Wednesday.

According to Indiana Conservation Officers, Jesse Elliott, 23, of Logansport suffered serious inuries after he was involved in a crash on the city streets of Logansport. Officers said the off-road vehicle he was driving collided with the side of a passenger car. Elliott was ejected from the vehicle on impact.

Elliott was transported to the Logansport Hospital with a broken collar bone. He was wearing a helmet at the time of the incident.

DNR officers believe speed is a factor in the crash. They also added it is against the law to ride off-road vehicles of any type on the city streets of Logansport.
