LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) – Drivers on Lafayette’s Ninth Street will experience delays this week as construction crews will be repairing the roadway.

Beginning Monday the Lafayette Street Department will have construction crews on S. Ninth Street, between Wells and and Virginia streets, digging up and repairing four areas of the road. This project is to continue through Wednesday, April 2.

Lafayette officials said there will be cones in place to redirect traffic on S. Ninth Street.

In addition, the milling work continues on Kossuth Street. Officials said they expect it to be complete after Tuesday, April 1.
