Woman arrested after south side stabbing

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) – Lafayette police arrested a woman Tuesday morning after responding to reports of a stabbing on the city’s south side.

Police were called to the 2500 block of Edgelea Drive around 8:30 a.m. When officers arrived, they found a man who was stabbed.

The victim has since been treated and released from a Lafayette hospital.

Police said they arrested a female suspect in what appears to be a domestic dispute.

No names have yet been released.
