ISP arrest 3 in meth lab bust

WHITE CO., Ind. (WLFI) – Three people in White County are arrested after Indiana State Police said they found methamphetamine in the home where they were staying.

State police said they went to a home on E. Division Road, near Monticello, to check on a report of criminal activity. Troopers said they found meth and ingredients to make meth in the home.

ISP made three arrests upon finding evidence at the residence. Crystal Upchurch-Speed, 41, of Monticello was arrested for manufacturing and dealing in meth and maintaining a common nuisance. Eric Bottoms, 43, and Theodore Ryan, 46, both of Monticello were also arrested for manufacturing of meth and visiting a common nuisance.

All three individuals were booked into the White County Jail.

Troopers said the investigation is ongoing.

Indiana State Police were assisted by the White County Sheriff’s Office and Monticello Police Department.
