WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (Purdue Sports) – Rain and cold weather in the area have shifted the Boilermaker softball schedule for the third straight weekend, as Friday’s scheduled game against Indiana has been cancelled.

The teams will now play a 1 p.m. doubleheader on Saturday. A noon contest on Sunday will wrap up the three-game set.

Fans are encouraged to wear black to Saturday’s Boiler Blackout doubleheader. Sunday is youth team day with tickets just $1 to youth eighth grade and under wearing their youth team jerseys.

In addition, a free youth clinic will take place after the game.

The Boilermakers (18-17-1, 5-1) have won nine of their last 10 games, while Indiana is 9-24-1, 1-5.
