Indiana State Police said Johnny Turner, 36, of Huber Heights, Ohio called for medical attention Monday while traveling on Interstate 65 in Jasper county, near the DeMotte exit. Turner told ISP he was having trouble breathing.

Turner was taken to Jasper County Hospital in Rensselaer for treatment.

He was cited for operating with a controlled substance, possession of cocaine and possession of paraphernalia. The semi and its load were released to another driver from the company.
