Peru teen injured in Miami Co. rollover crash

MIAMI CO., Ind. (WLFI) – A Peru teenager is injured after a rollover crash on State Road 19 near County Road 800 North in Miami County.

Indiana State Police said Brianna MacDonald, 17, was heading north when the passenger side wheels of her car went off the road. They say MacDonald overcorrected causing the car to spin off the road and hit a utility pole before rolling over.

MacDonald was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

ISP troopers said she was cited for driving with a suspended driver’s license.
