Funeral arrangements for IMPD officers finalized

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Funeral arrangements were released on Sunday for the IMPD officer killed by her ex-husband, who was also an officer.

The calling for Officer Kim Carmack will be held Tuesday, April 22, at Crown Hill Funeral Home from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held the next day at Saints Peter and Paul Cathedral at 11 a.m.

A final tribute for Carmack will be held in the Heroes of Public Safety section of Crown Hill Cemetery.

Carmack was shot and killed inside of her northwest side home on Thursday by her ex-husband, IMPD Sergeant Ryan Anders.

Private arrangements have been made for Anders.
