Culvert work will cause Tippecanoe Co. road closures

TIPPECANOE CO., Ind. (WLFI) – Two county roads will be affected as crews will be replacing culverts in Tippecanoe County, according to the highway department.

County Road 500 East will be closed Thursday, May 1 between State Road 28 and County Road 1000 South. Officials said this is a one-day closure and expect the roadway to reopen Thursday evening.

A one-day closure will affect County Road 900 North on Monday, May 5 between State Road 43 and County Road 75 East. Officials expect the roadway to reopen Friday evening.

The Tippecanoe County Highway Department said both culvert replacements are conditional on weather.
