Lafayette police search for missing child

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) – Lafayette police are searching for a missing 12-year-old boy named Bailey Littrell.

According to officers, he went missing Monday night from a home on Powderhouse Lane, which is near Elston Road and Beck Lane on the city’s south side.

Police say the boy left the house on his own.

Littrell is described as a heavyset white male with dark brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black, gray and red hoodie with tan shorts and a black and green Celtics hat.

Police said at this point in the investigation, foul play is not suspected.
