Fugitive Search: David Evans

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — Lafayette police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man who pleaded guilty to attempted murder in 2009.

Lafayette Police Department said David Evans, 45, is the subject of this week’s Fugitive Search. Police describe Evans as 5-feet 11-inches tall, weighing 210 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Officers said Evans was arrested for attempted murder in July 2006. In November 2009, Evans plead guilty to attempted murder and sentenced to 10 years in the Indiana Department of Corrections and 10 years on probation.

In June 2013, the state received a petition to revoke warrant for Evans.
