Assistant Supt. David Notary retiring from TSC

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) – After 28 years with the Tippecanoe School Corporation, Assistant Superintendent David Notary is retiring.

Notary started at TSC as a principal at Mayflower Mill Elementary School. Three years later, he made the move to TSC’s central office.

Notary said he made the decision, so he can move to Florida and spend more time with his family. Notary said he is proud of the progress TSC has made and is ready to move on. However, Notary said he will miss being around his co-workers.

“The thing that has made getting up and coming to work so fun everyday has been the people here. They’ve been great to work with,” said Notary.

While in Florida, Notary said he will be working in the real estate market, managing rental properties, as well as buying and selling properties.
