CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. (WISH) – Crawfordsville Police Department is investigating after finding possible marijuana plants in Milligan Park.

According to The Paper of Montgomery County, the news partner of our sister station WISH-TV, police were called to the skate park within Milligan Park for a routine call. Officers were informed that a group of teens were smoking marijuana near the North shelter.

Police say they found plants that looked like marijuana plants.

Finding the possible marijuana plants is not unusual. Police say people throw the seeds and they grow.

The plants will be tested to determine if they are marijuana plants.
