TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) – A Lafayette man faces four felonies and one misdemeanor after methamphetamine and items used to make the drug were found during a traffic stop.

Justin Page, 30, faces five drug-related charges including possession of methamphetamine, having an illegal drug lab and dealing in a synthetic drug.

According to court documents, Page was with a driver who was pulled over for having a suspended driver’s license.

A Lafayette Police K-9 alerted officers to a narcotic odor. While searching the car, police found a backpack where Page was sitting.

In the bag, officers found items used to make meth and baggies with a white substance that tested positive for meth. Police also found pills and more than 100 grams of what appeared to be synthetic marijuana. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
