WAYNE COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – Two Greensburg men are under arrest after police say they found 450 pounds of marijuana in their F-250 pickup truck.

Around 4 p.m. Friday, a state trooper pulled the truck over on U.S. 27 near Richmond for speeding.  The trooper became suspicious during the stop and called a K-9 deputy to investigate the situation.  A short time later, officers discovered 450 pounds of marijuana in the vehicle.  Officials say the drugs were packaged in 25 pound bundles that were hidden in the truck.

Police arrested driver, Joe A. Caudillo, and passenger, Israel A. Aguirre-Contreras, both of Greensburg, on a preliminary felony drug charge.

A mug shot of Caudillo is not currently available at the Wayne County Jail.
