PLYMOUTH, Ind. (AP) — Authorities say people canoeing on northern Indiana’s Yellow River spotted a man’s body in the water.

Indiana Conservation Officer Jonathon Boyd says the body was discovered Thursday afternoon in the river near the city of Plymouth, about 20 miles south of South Bend.

Boyd says an identification of the body wasn’t immediately made and that an autopsy was planned.
