LOGANSPORT, Ind. (WLFI) – The complaints of residents of a drug house lead Logansport police to arrest three people.

Police conducted a traffic stop Thursday, which led to a search warrant for a home on Douglas Street near downtown. Kelly Koranda, 36, faces several preliminary charges, including dealing heroin and neglect of dependent.

Koranda was arrested with two Logansport residents.

Carolyn Masiers, 54, also faces preliminary charges including dealing heroin and maintaining a common nuisance. Joel Bowman, 26, faces two preliminary charges including heroin possession.

Koranda had been out on bond from an arrest in April when investigators said they found 172 bags of heroin during a traffic stop.
