Man sentenced after burglaries at two businesses

TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) – A Colfax man is sentenced to prison time and probation after pleading guilty to burglary.

Prosecutors said last March, Shey Parke, 22, did more than $6,000 in damage when he, and Dwayne Trippett of Crawfordsville, broke into Crop Production Service facilities in Clark’s Hill and Odell over the course of a few days.

Parke and Trippett were arrested at CPS in Clark’s Hill where investigators found CPS equipment and cash in their truck.

Parke was sentenced to four years in prison and a year of probation after pleading guilty to two counts of burglary last month. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
