WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — Work on Salisbury Street is on schedule, and officials said more lane closures are coming.

After the July Fourth holiday, work will begin on the northbound lanes from Rainbow Drive to Sagamore Parkway. The southbound lanes, which are now closed, will open up.

West Lafayette Engineer Dave Buck said a suggested detour is to turn left onto Lindberg Road from Salisbury, then right onto Northwestern Avenue and take the roundabout to Yeager Road, then take Sagamore back to Salisbury.
