Road work causes lane restrictions around Lafayette

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — Construction continues to cause delays around Lafayette, according to the City Engineer’s Office.

Ferry Street will have ramp work done starting Wednesday, July 2 and continue until Wednesday, July 9. Crews will be working on Ferry Street from Ninth Street to 11th Street.

Curb work will continue to cause lane restrictions on 18th Street. The northbound lane of N. 18th Street from South Street to Cason Street will continue to have restrictions until Wednesday, July 9.

Also starting Wednesday, July 9, there will be no on-street parking for Maple Street from 18th Street to 20th Street. Crews will being work on curb, ramp and walk replacements. No parking will be at various times beginning July 9 and last approximately 3 weeks.
