LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — The whole family can receive a lesson in better table manners while raising money for a Lafayette historic landmark.
Duncan Hall — whose mission, in part, is to promote citizenship, civility and character through educational programs — holds its fundraiser Styling with Manners on Tuesday, Aug. 5.
Besides a delicious luncheon, guests can attend an upbeat, Musical Manners presentation. A program based on their Fun with Manners interactive program, which has been presented to area schoolchildren for over a decade.
Organizers said that’s not all. Style is also on the menu as the fundraiser will showcase fashions for children, teens and adults by local businesses.
If you are interested in attending Styling with Manners, reservations can be made by calling 765-742-4788. Tickets for the event are $10 for children 12 and under and $20 for adults. The fundraiser will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 5 at 11:30 a.m. at Duncan Hall, 619 Ferry St., in Lafayette.
