Two injured in rollover crash

CHALMERS, Ind. (WLFI) – Two people were extricated from their vehicle after a crash in Chalmers, Indiana Saturday night.

It happened just after 11 p.m. at the intersection of State Road 43 and Walnut Street. Firefighters said a car and SUV collided, causing the SUV to come to a rest on its side.

Two passengers in the SUV were extricated and taken to a Lafayette hospital. Their conditions are unknown at this time and their names are not being released.

The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.
