INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Indianapolis Zoo announced on Tuesday it had a tiger birth earlier in July.

The announcement coincided with International Tiger Day, according to the zoo.

An Amur tiger was born on July 10 to 6-year-old tiger Andrea. It was her first cub, and the zoo said they’re both doing well. The zoo is keeping the two away from the public for now.

The zoo does not yet know the sex of the tiger. As with other births at the zoo, the public will have a chance to vote on possible names for the cub.
