WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) – Meghan Mohr takes over a Harrison volleyball program that has high expectations for the 2014 season.

With seven seniors on the roster, Mohr hopes to include the tradition of the past while bringing a fresh outlook to the volleyball program.

“Having seven seniors is a positive and a negative. It’s a positive for this year because we have such great girls with tons of experience and lots of athletic ability. So I’m really excited for that, but that just means next year we have to rebuild. I want to keep the winning tradition obviously alive, but just start it in a new way with the girls. I want to keep the energy level high, but start fresh from last year,” said Mohr.

Mohr has coached at the college, high school and club levels for nine years and was an outstanding high school and collegiate athlete. Mohr is a 2005 graduate of Elida High School in Elida, Ohio where she finished her career as an All-State selection. She ranks eighth in career kills for high schools in the state of Ohio. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
