Tires slashed overnight at Lewis Motors, AutoZone

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) – Sixteen cars had tires slashed at Lewis Motors on Sagamore Parkway, and just down the road at AutoZone two company cars were also slashed overnight.

According to Lafayette police, one arrest was made. No injuries were reported at either scene.

Casey Lewis of Lewis Motors said the incident is the first of its kind in 27 years at his business.
