JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (AP) — Southern Indiana police say an apparent drive-by shooting at a bar has left three people with non-life threatening injuries.

The shooting occurred early Sunday at the Pitt Stop Pub & Grill. Police say a black sedan pulled up to the bar’s front courtyard area and opened fire into the crowd.

Jeffersonville police Detective Todd Hollis says the three people who were shot were taken to University of Louisville Hospital in Kentucky.

Hollis would not say what type of gun was used, but said investigators collected evidence at the scene and have a suspect.
