Rossville’s Summer’s End Festival draws crowd

ROSSVILLE, Ind. (WLFI) – More than 100 booths lined the streets in Rossville on Saturday.

It was all for the second day of the Summer’s End Festival. The annual event is put on by the Rossville Business Association and helps raise funds for the town.

This year the money will go towards scholarships, sponsoring fall sports teams, and maintaining a web page with a local business directory.

“We’ve had it going since about 1986, and it just keep growing bigger and bigger because I think everyone’s enjoying it a lot,” said Rossville Business Association president Eric Downing.

Funds raised also went toward paying for a fireworks display Saturday evening. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
