UPDATE: The Amber Alert has been canceled as of Monday evening. Madison Lloyd has been found safe and Dustin Fisher is in custody.
SHERIDAN, Ind. (WLFI) — A statewide Amber Alert has been issued as the Sheridan Police Department searches for a missing teenager. It is the second statewide Amber Alert in less than 12 hours.
Madison Lloyd is a 17-year-old female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 187 pounds, with brown medium-length hair and blue eyes. It’s not known what type of clothing she was wearing.
The child was last seen at 1 a.m. EDT Monday in Sheridan, Indiana, and is believed to be in extreme danger.
Lloyd is believed to be with Dustin Fisher, an escapee from the Hancock County Jail. He is 20 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 187 pounds, with brown hair.
Authorities believe they could be together in a 1997 tan Chevy Trailblazer with Indiana plate No. XPZ251.
