CARROLL COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) – Carroll County will have the opportunity to showcase several historical barns this weekend.

The 2016 Indiana Fall Barn tour kicks off Saturday at the Carroll County Courthouse in Delphi.

Participants will be given a map for the self-guided driving tour, telling them where to go along with information about each barn.

Ten barns will be featured along the 60-mile route.

Participants will be able to park their cars and take a look around the barns.

Indiana Barn Foundation spokesperson Janet Ayers said she’s hoping for a large turnout.

“We were lucky to have it this year in Carroll County, and we felt we had a very rich agricultural heritage that we can celebrate our barns,” said Ayers.

The cost to participate in the tour is $12 per carload.
