LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — It was the beginning of a new chapter in the lives of more than 20 Harrison College students as they celebrated their graduation Saturday.

A commencement ceremony was held at The Long Center for the Performing Arts in Lafayette.

Students from the schools of business, health sciences and accounting received their degrees.

Families, friends and their children joined in the joyful moment.

Campus President Cindy Clampitt said she’s proud of her students for completing the long journey.

“All of the obstacles that they have overcome and to watch them grow and develop, there is really no greater thing that I can be a part of,” Campitt said. “I’m extremely proud of each and every one of our graduates.”

Mark Dolfini, the managing broker and general manager of June Palms Property Management, was the keynote speaker of the ceremony.

Harrison College is a nationally accredited, career-focused higher education institution serving more than 3,000 students worldwide.
