No injuries reported in Romney Meadows shooting

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — Lafayette police report there are no injuries in a shooting that happened late Thursday in Romney Meadows.

According to police, two or three men tried shooting at a male in his 20s around 10:30 p.m. after an argument broke out over a personal matter.

Police recovered four or five shell casings near the apartments in Gordon Court.

Authorities have not found the persons of interest, and said they possibly fled in a white van.

Police are still investigating.
