Purdue to face Iowa State in first round of NCAA volleyball tournament

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (Purdue Sports) — The Boilermakers will make their 11th NCAA Tournament appearance in the last 13 years on Thursday when they face Iowa State in the first round at the Hearnes Center in Columbia, Missouri.

Purdue (18-13, 8-12 B1G) will face the Cyclones (18-10, 10-6 Big 12), which finished third in the Big 12. Rounding out the four-team pool are No. 15 seeded Missouri (25-5, 16-2 SEC) and Northern Illinois (25-5, 15-1 MAC). The host Tigers split the Southeastern Conference title with Florida, while the Huskies won the Mid-American Conference title.

The Boilermakers will face Iowa State at 5:30 p.m. ET Thursday. Missouri and Northern Illinois will square off at 7:30 p.m. ET. The winners of the two matches will play at 7 p.m. ET Friday.
