forecast

Another Mild Night Ahead.

Good Evening, After climbing into the upper 80s and low 90s earlier today, clear skies aloft will allow temperatures to gradually fall back into the the upper 60s overnight. We’ll bottom out at 67° in Lafayette overnight. A core of high pressure positioned to our southeast will continue to supply the region with the southerly wind flow responsible for all of our heat and humidity. Those southerly winds will once again drive temperatures back into the upper 80s and low 90s tomorrow! We’ll peak at 90° tomorrow afternoon, leaving us 7° shy of our record of 97° set back on September…
