* VERY HUMID CONDITIONS WILL COMBINE WITH HOT TEMPERATURES TODAY
RESULTING IN HEAT INDEX READINGS AROUND 100.

* TODAY WILL BE THE FOURTH STRAIGHT DAY OF HOT AND HUMID WEATHER
ACROSS OUR AREA. HEAT HAS A CUMULATIVE DEBILITATING EFFECT ON
PEOPLE.
